How long does shipping take?
Austria: 3-5 business days
Germany: 7-12 business days
France, Italy, Netherlands and Spain: 12-17 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be longer in exceptional circumstances!
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free in Austria. To keep it fair compared to other countries, we deduct the value of shipping in Austria for all orders over €99!
Germany under €99 order value: €4.95
Germany over €99 order value: free
France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain under €99 order value: €10.95
France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain over €99 order value: €5.92
How does the return process work?
A return form is included with every order. If the goods do not fit, simply send them back with the completed return form in the package.

How can I track my order?
We ship all our packages with Österreichische Post (Austrian Post).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
